Return Process

  Ensure your electronic device is in its original packaging with all accessories included and was purchased within the last 14 days.

  Reach out to our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your item to prevent damage during transit and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
